[LANdb] "new" website

I redesigned the website this morning- thought the old one was kinda
ugly.  Updating this one will be a lot easier, and I like that.  Note
that the stuff that shows the devel/stable versions is an SSI, so now
we're like high-tech n stuff.  

Send over your comments/suggestions before I get too attached to this
one to change it. :)
