RE: [LANdb] schema changes

Questions...

- Jacks, bound to closet or building?  Building, I believe.
- VLANS, subnets, ports and their relationship
- Were we going with the Cable, Connector, and Patch tables as suggested by
Teddy?
- I thought there was another thing or two, I'll look through the archives.

I'm making progress on a decent 0.90 release, but I'd like to get the
"new schema" in before then.  Then it's into Teddy's cvs, and away we go
with .9x.

However, things are pretty much on hold until I get whatever
changes/updates you'd like put in.  Please get the new schema to me by
Saturday, or let me know otherwise, or we'll have to forge on with the
current design.
